ECHO recognized by Board of Supervisors

ECHO received several proclamations at the San Luis Obispo Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, for 15+ years of service helping the homeless in North County. Here’s an excerpt: “Whereas the El Camino Homeless organization has evolved into a leading organization in North County,

a dynamic force striving to empower homeless individuals and families along their journeys to self-sufficiency and permanent housing, and its many contributions over the past 15 years reflect an organization devoted to the highest ideals of community service. Now, Therefore, be it resolved and ordered that the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, does hereby commend El Camino Homeless organization on the celebration of its 15th anniversary and for the vital role it has played in improving the quality of the life for thousands of homeless individuals and families in the local community, and extends best wishes for continued success in the future.”
